Nordisk Teaterlederråd (NTLR) is a network of Nordic theater organizations and managers that brings together representatives from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.

Its goal is to influence Nordic cultural policy and maintain Nordic cooperation between theaters and theater managers.

NTLR includes Finland's Theater Association (STEFI), Finland's Theater Managers' Association, Swedish Scenkonst, Norwegian Theater and Orchestra Association (NTO), Danish Theatre Association and Iceland's National Theater Leikhusid.

 NTLR meets to discuss current cultural policy themes, usually 1–2 times a year.
