Mentorship program for theatre leaders
Nordic Ambitions is a mentorship program for theatre leaders in the Nordic region, initiated by Nordiskt Teaterledarråd in collaboration with The Nordic Culture Fund. The one-year program develops the participants’ leadership skills and promotes Nordic networks between theatres.
Nordic Ambitions is tailored specifically for leaders with artistic responsibility in the network’s member theaters throughout Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Participants can be new in their roles or more experienced. Most importantly, they should be motivated to grow as leaders and build networks with Nordic peers. The official language of the program is English.
Some network seminars will be open for theatre professionals outside the mentorship program. Please follow our websites and social media channels for updated information.
Nordic Ambitions 2024-2025 is coordinated from Denmark through the Danish Theatre Association.
