Nordisk Teaterlederråd (NTLR) is a network of Nordic theater organizations and managers that brings together representatives from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.

Its goal is to influence Nordic cultural policy and maintain Nordic cooperation between theaters and theater managers.

NTLR includes The Association of Finnish Theaters, Finland's Theater Managers' Association, Swedish Performing Arts Association, Association of NorwegianTheatres and Orchestras (NTO), Danish Theatre Association and The National Theatre of Iceland

NTLR meets to discuss current cultural policy themes, usually 1–2 times a year.
